How much energy is
inside your phone?
mAh is the familiar label, but watt-hours reveal the energy a power bank must actually replace. Choose a sourced phone below for both figures and a transparent charge estimate.
Find your exact model.
Every result has its own sourced battery page. One page answers the useful search variants without creating duplicate, thin articles.

“How many watts is my battery?” asks two questions.
Wh is stored energy
Watt-hours describe battery capacity. This is the useful figure for estimating how many complete recharges another battery can provide.
W is charging speed
Watts describe the rate of charging. A 30W charger does not mean the phone contains a 30Wh battery.
Loss belongs in the answer
Our power-bank examples reserve 25% for conversion and charging loss. Temperature, cable quality and using the phone while charging can reduce the result further.
