Visiting and using the site
Our hosting provider Cloudflare processes request data, such as IP address, browser, page and time, to deliver and secure the website. Calculator input stays in your browser. Country preferences and your cookie choice are stored locally. The site works when you decline analytics.
Optional visit statistics
With your consent, Google Analytics 4 uses _ga cookies to measure page visits, sessions, device/browser information and approximate region. Google receives network requests, including your IP address. We send page paths without query strings or fragments, and only the origin of external referring websites. We do not send names, email addresses, calculator inputs or user IDs. Google signals, advertising personalisation and automatic form/search tracking are disabled.
Advertising choices
Google AdSense may show advertisements. Google and its partners process network and device data, including IP address and cookies, to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud. Personalised advertising depends on your consent where required. Use the Google privacy message to accept, refuse or manage advertising choices, and its privacy link to change them later. This is separate from Analytics consent. Data may be processed outside your country; Google’s partner and privacy information explains purposes, recipients and retention.
Retention and changing your choice
We remember your choice for 180 days. Analytics cookies expire after at most 180 days without renewal on each visit. User and event data are retained in Analytics for 2 months; aggregated reports may remain longer. Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to withdraw consent. This stops future measurement and removes our analytics cookies; it does not automatically delete previously collected data.
Google and your rights
Google Ireland Limited provides Analytics; processing may also take place outside your country, including in the United States. See Google’s privacy information and international transfer safeguards below. Depending on applicable law, you can request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent and complain to your data protection authority. Contact us using the address above.
