  • Regional hardware. Match AC voltage, frequency, socket layout and the exact regional model code. A shared product name does not guarantee shared hardware.
  • Charging bundle. Check whether the AC lead, car lead, solar cable and any connector adapter are included. A pictured cable is not always part of every regional bundle.
  • Warranty and returns. Confirm that the seller is authorised for your destination and where a heavy lithium battery must be returned for service.
